Give your store events somewhere useful to go.
Connect supported Penni Cart events to Zapier workflows, so your other tools can respond when something happens in your store.
Start with the event that matters.
The integration includes event paths for new transactions, add-to-bag activity, new subscriptions and coupon creation. Pick the supported trigger that matches the job you want to automate.
An add-to-bag event is not a paid order. Use the event’s actual meaning when deciding what to send downstream.
Send useful details, without the busywork.
New-transaction sample data includes order identifiers, totals, customer contact information and product lines. Map only the fields your destination needs.
Check the released Zapier connection and trigger list in your account. A backend event path does not imply an unlimited catalog of writable actions.
Build one reliable workflow first.
Choose a destination such as a spreadsheet, internal notification or customer-management tool supported by your Zapier account. Map sample data, test the action and confirm the resulting record.
Keep fulfillment decisions tied to the correct order status. Avoid sending sensitive customer information into tools that do not need it.
Make automation easy to inspect.
Use a test order with recognizable details, then inspect both the Zap history and destination result. Check duplicate handling and retries before relying on a workflow.
Zapier plans, destination-app limits and third-party fees remain separate from your Penni Cart account.
Connect first. Test before you launch.
Start with a test store and the website you already have. Connect the integration, complete a checkout and confirm the resulting order before accepting live purchases.
Check your website plan, Penni Cart entitlement and provider account separately. Free signup is a way to start building; it does not make every production website or payment transaction free.
Questions, answered.
Can Zapier perform every dashboard action?
No. Use the triggers and actions actually available in the released connection. Do not assume that every Penni Cart setting or mutation is exposed as a Zapier action.
Which order details can I map?
The new-transaction sample includes order identifiers, totals, customer details and product lines. Inspect the real sample in your connection to confirm the fields your Zap needs.
