Are payment processing fees included?
Payment-provider fees are separate and depend on the processor and agreement you choose. Check that provider’s current pricing as part of your store budget.
Can I choose a different payment processor?
Penni Cart supports Stripe, Square, Converge and Authorize.net. We are adding more options; contact us if your preferred provider is not listed.
Do I still need Webflow hosting?
Yes, if Webflow hosts your website. Your website hosting and Penni Cart commerce plan are separate services.
Does selling more move me into Pro?
Revenue and order count do not automatically move you into Pro. Choose the plan that fits your team and support needs.
When does the trial begin?
Your 14-day trial begins after you complete Stripe checkout. A card is required, but there is no charge today.
Do subscriptions or a custom checkout require Pro?
Custom checkout is included with Essentials. Recurring payments require a supported processor; Square supports one-time payments.
